I am a double major at Auburn. My primary major is Psychology. Which is cool, it's something that I really enjoy. My second major is English, with my concentration in literature. I can talk forever about literature. Since I cannot get away with having my focus on "nerd lit." (sci-fi and fantasy) Even though I love it dearly....so very very dearly, I have decided to go with either British Romantacism or American early 20th century lit. So without further ado, here is the list of books that I command you to read: The Wheel of Time series (it's phenomenal...some of the best fantasy ever written), A Brave New World, 1984, The Great Gatsby, Any Faulkner novels (Sound and the Fury is great, so is If I Forget the Jerusalem), Farenheit 451, Ender's Game, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Dracula, any poetry by William Blake, The Narrative of Frederick Douglas...the list goes on and on. I'm also all over some Harry Potter. I definetley think that the Harry Potter books are unbelievably good works of literature. But that may just be me.
